Star Trek first started back in 1966 where we get to follow the crew on U.S.S Enterprise while exploring the galaxy and defending the United Federation of Planets.The new tv series Star Trek: Strange New Worlds premieres today and takes us back to what happened before the original series.
In the original series from 1966 we get to know the characters Captain Kirk (William Shatner), Mr. Spock (Leonard Nimoy), Lieutenant Uhura (Nichelle Nichols) among others on U.S.S Enterprise. After the original series there have been numerous series and movies, both old and new that take us on many adventures. In the new Star Trek: Strange New Worlds we get to follow captain Christopher Pike (played by Anson Mount) and his crew. This takes us back to how life was back on U.S.S Enterprise before William Shatner got onboard the ship and became captain.
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds premieres today (May 6th) on Paramount+.
