The last performance of Ben Affleck as Batman will be in ‘The Flash’ in November 2022. That will be the chance for us to see how the Justice League hero will have to step in rewriting the events’ timeline to save his mother. As a matter of fact, with his supersonic speed, Ezra Miller’s Berry Allen will run across years, time and parallel universes to put back in place some things that were not supposed to go wrong.
It is thanks to this film that actor Ben Affleck admitted in an interview that he finally managed to fully understand his character. In fact, he said that he never confessed such things in front of the press, “but maybe my favourite scenes talking about Batman and my interpretation of Batman are in the movie ‘The Flash’. I hope they keep the integrity of what we did because I thought that it was great and really interesting, different yes but not inconsistent with the character. Who knows… maybe they’ll decide it doesn’t work, but when I was there and we did it, it was really fun and really, really satisfying and acouranging. I thought wow, i think i finally got it”!
I guess we are all very curious to watch ‘The Flash’ now. Aren’t we?
