'CLARK', THE MAN BEHIND THE STOCKHOLM SYNDROME WILL SOON BEGIN AIRING ON NETFLIX!

Clark Olofsson, a name many may not be familiar with but where the term Stockholm Syndrome originated from. In 2022 a new Netflix television series called Clark (will be played by Bill Skarsgård) and directed by Jonas Akerlund will be based on the history of Clark Olofsson.


The Stockholm Syndrome can be described as an emotional response where hostages or abuse victims tend to get more positive feelings towards an abuser or captor. Clark Olofsson was the man behind the term and it was during a bank robbery in Stockholm in 1973 this term came to life. The new Netflix series Clark will be portraying his life during the 60's, 70's and 80's and as the director Jonas Akerlund himself said: The life of a criminal rockstar and told by Clark Olofsson himself - the puzzling man behind all the crimes.


Clark will premiere in 2022 on Netflix.
