Daniel Day-Lewis will make his acting comeback in the film 'Anemone', directed by his son

The script for the Focus Features and Plan B film was collaboratively written by a father-son duo. Daniel Day-Lewis is returning to feature acting alongside his son. Day-Lewis is scheduled to appear in the film Anemone, directed by Ronan Day-Lewis. Produced by Focus Features and Plan B, this movie will be Daniel Day-Lewis’ first acting role since his 2017 film Phantom Thread, which he had announced as his final project before retiring.
