"Dune: Sisterhood". The filming will begin this November.

2021 was a good year for “Dune” fans, as Denis Villeneuve’s film adaptation of the first half of Frank Herbert’s classic sci-fi novel was released in theaters. After scoring critical acclaim and performing solidly at the box office, Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary gave Villeneuve the green light to adapt the second half of the novel with “Dune: Part Two”. Additionally, this take on the “Dune” mythology has “Dune: The Sisterhood” coming up, and the filming will start already next month.

The spin-off series will star Shirley Henderson,Indira Varma and Emily Watson. The plot of the series revolves around the birth of the Bene Gesserit order. The events of the series will unfold 10 thousand years before the movie. The show is going to be directed by Johan Renk ("Chernobyl"). There’s no date announced but the project will be released on HBO Max. Is it potentially a new “Game of Thrones”?
