The spotlights are on as the first trailer for the upcoming Bob Dylan biopic, ‘A Complete Unknown,’ was released, showcasing Timothée Chalamet doing his own singing as the young artist.
Set to release in December 2024, the new teaser gives a first look at Dune star Timothée Chalamet looking almost unrecognizable as Bob Dylan. Directed by James Mangold, the film is based on Elijah Wald’s 2015 book, ‘Dylan Goes Electric!,’ and follows the true story of the music legend from his early days to his most controversial moments.
Fans are getting excited as Chalamet is shown in the trailer on stage, performing the 1963 hit "A Hard Rain’s A-Gonna Fall" with his own vocals.
This biopic also marks the reunion of Chalamet with previous co-star Elle Fanning, who stars as Sylvia Russo, the film’s version of Bob Dylan’s girlfriend Suze Rotolo.
In previous interviews, Variety revealed that Bob Dylan experts have embraced Timothée Chalamet and praised his singing voice after the trailer's release, noting that "even the most cynical fans will be excited now."
Chalamet’s commitment to the role is already evident and is set to not disappoint!
