Following an interview with Charlie Cox, (Daredevil himself) he’s stated that his partners in crime Foggy Nelson and Karen Page
“It was pretty heartbreaking when they weren’t around initially.”
Cox also states that the pair are “kind of the heartbeat of the show”. With cox stating his unhappiness that they weren’t originally included in the script.
This does confirm rumours heard around a few months ago where it was reported that Foggy and Karen weren’t going to be included and then later changed to them dying early into the season in one of the first 3 episodes.
DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN has encountered its fair share of problems such as script writing and cast.
Matt Murdock made his first MCU appearance in Spiderman: No Way Home. Acting as Peter Parker’s lawyer. He then made another appearance later on in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.
Arch Nemesis and antagonist in Season 1 and 3, Kingpin has also made a stark return to MCU, playing roles in the Hawkeye TV show and in the 2024 show, Echo. And will feature in the Daredevil show, but it’s unknown if ‘The Punisher’ from season 2 will make a return.
Since then, it has been confirmed he will get his own show in the form of DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN.
