The biographical drama ”Spencer” is directed by Pablo Larrain and the acting star is Kirsten Stewart, known for The Twilight Saga series. She will star alongside Jack Farthing playing Prince Charles. Stewart stars as the late Princess Diana (born Diana Frances Spencer). The drama takes place during a few days over the Christmas holiday in 1991 ar the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, England, when Diana decides to end her marriage to Prince Charles.
The film was expected to have its debut in 2022 to mark the 25th anniversary and Diana’s death. But the movie will have the premiere in Nov/Dec and will premiere in competition at the Toronto and Venice film festivals
