Cannes has been shocked with a rock and roll twist! Last year winners of the Eurovision song contest and soon-to-be icons of style, the band Maneskin debuted at the festival with elegance and freshness.
Their song If I can dream is part of the soundtrack of the new Baz Luhrmann movie Elvis, a biopic of The King Presley, very long-waited considering the intense break the director took after the release of The Great Gatsby in 2013.
Now he’s back with extreme originality as always, bringing to the carpet the classic and the new, freshmen and veterans, Austin Butler and Tom Hanks, as well as Elvis and Maneskin.
As you may put it, with class and glamour, and a bit of naughtiness, the Italian band has refreshed the historic carpet!
