After “American Gods” has not been renewed for a new season, leaving us wondering what the future might have hold for Shadow, Gaiman's brilliant work is about to find a new adaption for Amazon.
“Anansi Boys”, set in the same universe of American Gods, but without any link with the mother series, will be made of six-episodes: it centers on Charlie Nancy, who finds out to be none other than the son of Anansi, the trickster African god who lives as Mr. Nancy.
The new TV series's shooting will begin later this year.
