The sixth installment of the horror film ‘Final Destination’ has just started filming and is scheduled for release in 2025.
The film is set to continue in the franchise after the 5th film which came 13 years ago this year. And will be called ‘Final Destination: Bloodlines’.
The films follow a rather simple but different idea in which a group of friends one of which experience them dying, however get revived in the same scenario ready to make different choices to prevent them from dying.
The reason for this release is come 2025 with will celebrate 25 years since the release of the first film.
With grim and terrifying deaths in the film and some being on more the comedic aspect. The film certainly made a name for itself with the sequels that followed.
Producer Craig Perry writes on social media this week,
“After a long, hard slog through the pandemic and the strikes, Day One is finally in the can. 2025 will mark the 25th anniversary of the release of the first installment in the franchise. To honor the occasion with another worldwide theatrical release (in IMAX, no less) is a rare and wonderful thing.”
